Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How employees opt in
- The employee signs in to Team Outshine using their private employee ID and PIN.
- In My Profile, the employee enters their own mobile phone number.
- The employee affirmatively selects the separate SMS-consent checkbox shown below. It is unchecked by default.
- The employee selects Save contact & text preferences. Team Outshine records the consent date and time.
Consent presented to employees
Yes, send me employment-related text messages from Outshine Health Services Inc. Messages may include compliance-document reminders, training notices, scheduling-related administrative updates, and other employment communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment.
Employees also confirm that the mobile number belongs to them or that they are authorized to receive messages at that number.
How employees opt out
Employees may reply STOP, clear the SMS-consent checkbox in My Profile and save, or contact Outshine Health Services Inc. at 740-479-5000. Reply HELP for assistance.
