CPR class registrations
For public and employee CPR registrations, we store contact details, registration and class records, optional SMS consent and its date, and reminder delivery status. We use these records to manage your class and send confirmations and reminders through Brevo and Twilio. Public text consent is optional and is not a condition of registration or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or call 740-479-5000 for assistance.
Information we collect
For the employee SMS program, Outshine may collect an employee’s name, mobile number, consent status, consent or withdrawal date and time, message delivery status, and replies sent to the Outshine messaging number.
How we use information
We use this information only to send employment-related compliance reminders, training notices, scheduling-related administrative updates, provide messaging support, honor opt-out requests, and maintain records of consent and delivery.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Outshine does not sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS consent records for marketing. Our messaging provider and wireless carriers may process mobile information solely on Outshine’s behalf as necessary to deliver and support the employee-requested messaging service; they are not authorized by Outshine to use this information for marketing or promotional purposes.
