SMS Terms
These terms apply to employment-related text messages sent by Outshine Health Services Inc. through Team Outshine.

Program description
Employees who opt in may receive compliance-document reminders, training notices, scheduling-related administrative updates, and other employment communications from Outshine Health Services Inc.
Consent and message frequency
Participation is optional and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies based on an employee’s compliance dates and administrative needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out or request help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Employees may also withdraw consent through My Profile in Team Outshine or contact Outshine Health Services Inc. at 740-479-5000. After opting out, one final confirmation message may be sent.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Outshine cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Employees remain responsible for keeping their contact information current and meeting employment requirements.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Text messages should not be used to send patient information, Social Security numbers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information.
