MODULE 1 · Our foundation

Welcome to Outshine

We are here to make excellent home health care feel personal, dependable, and centered on the patient and family. Every role helps protect that promise.

01

Our mission, history, and values

Outshine Health Services Inc. was created from firsthand experience with home-based care and a belief that care should strengthen the family structure. We serve children and adults with compassion, integrity, respect, joy, and clinical excellence.

02

How home health works

Home health is highly regulated. Payment and accreditation requirements never replace good judgment; they help us deliver ordered, necessary, documented, safe care. Outshine remains responsible for care furnished directly or under arrangement.

03

Know your support system

Follow the organizational and reporting structure. Ask your immediate supervisor when you are unsure. Clinical concerns go promptly to the appropriate clinical supervisor or Clinical Manager; operational concerns go to the Administrator or assigned leader.

  • Read and sign your current job description.
  • Perform only duties within your role, license, competency, assignment, and plan of care.
  • Use staff meetings, memos, case communication, and the suggestion process to stay connected.
